Elite Parking Information

MARY SAVIO MEDICAL PLAZA 

​         Parking Updates:

  • 15 minute grace period: No charge
  • $4.00 for Patients parking up to 2 hours (with rubber stamp reduced to $3.00)
  • $100 Monthly for Mauka End of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floor designed as Staff Parking. If filled, you may park anywhere on the 5th floor.
  • $250 is the Uncovered Reserved 24 hours stalls (Unassigned) in the front of Newtown Pharmacy.
  • $300 is the Covered Reserved 24 hours stalls (Unassigned) on the Ground Floor (behind the walls-Diamond Head side).
  • Stalls that are Reserved 24 hours cannot be used by anyone who has not purchased one of these premium passes.  This includes hours when Pro Park is not on site!

  • In the event of water damage: Contact Steve Pacheco to help determine the source of the damage. Note that Steve is an employee of the association and is not authorized to act as your agent for your unit. Once the source of the problem is identified, it is best to have your office Managing Agent and/or insurance agent to contact or coordinate with the other parties Managing agent, and all contracts and coordination with vendors (cleaners, repair, etc), and claims will need to come from you or your tenant.
