Developer Peter Savio, along with a group of astute medical doctors, purchased the 61,690 square ft. Newtown Square Office Building in Aiea from Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estates for $15 million in mid 2013.
Mr. Savio, President of Savio Realty Ltd., transformed the building which already included many existing medical/dental businesses, into a health care medical complex and the building was deservedly renamed to Mary Savio Medical Plaza @ Aiea-Pearl City.
Mr. Savio,with great determination and continued orchestrated efforts helped to increase the Plaza to an additional 45,000 square feet of prime office space and 500+ total parking stalls as part of a six story parking garage. Altogether, MSMP will host 106,000 square feet of tenant space. The final goal is to establish a comprehensive, high quality medical center in the heart of the Leeward Community and Hawaii.
